House of Darkness

Update: An alert reader (me) noticed that the promised video game’s link was missing from this post. The link is item 2 below.)

House

(The house is probably haunted.)

1. Back in June we took a look at the fact that the Israel Lobby in Europe gets tons of financing from the Israel Lobby in the US.

Today I would like to remove the veil of zionist bullshit that conceals one interesting ethnic cleansing operation taking place on the Mount of Olives that the really creepy looking and utterly disgusting Jon Voight is involved in. So sit back and cuddle up with your favorite beverage and enjoy the ride.  When you get to the end there is a video game for you to play.

Note the chart from last month that is reprinted in part here below. Our guest editor today, Daoud ibn Mulaykah al-Amriki, known more commonly as just plain ibn Mulaykah, found a typo in the chart and circled it in red as you will see.

Screen Shot 2016-07-03 at 7.18.01 AM

That’s right, the circled item should be American Friends of “Beit Orot” which means “House of bigoted Zionist bastards supported with shitloads of money by the late Irving Moskovitz”. (Note to Shas Party members, this is called sarcasm.)

Anyway, I was thinking “Beit Orot” sorta kinda reminded me of Beit Yonatan which is financed in part by a truly disgusting organization called Ateret Cohanim and its “American” (and I use that term loosely) affiliate American Friends of Ateret Cohanim about which we have reported in some detail in the past. And of course American Friends of Ateret Cohanim is a 501(c)(3) organization as almost of all of these outfits are.

So I sent the tuyuur out to do some research on “American Friends of Beit Orot” and they found some interesting things, so lets get into it the way the Israeli military got into the USS LIBERTY.

Let me digress for a second. Jean-Claude Van Damme is truly a dipshit. Hence Beit Orot comes to the defense of this dipshit. But I digress. End of digression.

So what is Beit Orot?  Let’s start with the Electronic Intifada: (Note to Shas Party members, red highlighting is by today’s guest editor, Ibn Mulaykhah.)

The al-Tur neighborhood is an especially disturbing example.

The neighborhood is densely populated and the land reserve on its western edge, which had been zoned for a Palestinian girls’ school, was bought in the early 1990s by Irving Moskowitz, a wealthy American businessman whose “philanthropy” seeks to create a Jewish majority in East Jerusalem. Today, a yeshiva (Jewish religious school) stands there, as well as Beit Orot, the first Israeli settlement to be built in the heart of a Palestinian neighborhood of East Jerusalem.

How cool is that? A school for Palestinian girls was supposed to be built there but instead a millionaire Zionist Jew with a truly sleazy background put a Yeshiva and an illegal Israeli settlement there instead.  I wonder if these people get off at the thought of screwing over Palestinian school girls. But I digress.

So just who is Irving Moskowitz?  He was a doctor kind of, way back when, but he made lots of money in the early days flipping hospitals. Then he got into bingo and turned gambling into a tax haven for the ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

Richard Silverstein tells us:

In 1972, he opened the first hospital in the small southern California town of Hawaiian Gardens and became a local hero. So in 1988, when the town faced the loss of $200,000 in revenue from the local bingo parlour, they turned to the orthodox Jewish doctor to take over the operation. The town agreed to accept 1% of gross receipts, and Moskowitz kept the rest – tens of millions of dollars. He never looked back, and his second fortune was guaranteed.

California law required that bingo be conducted by a non-profit organization. So he shrewdly incorporated the Moskowitz Foundation, enabling his profits to be transferred directly to Israeli projects and largely avoid US taxes.

We’ll get back to the bingo parlor in just a second.  A bit further down, Silverstein adds this very important point:

The vision has gradually become more ambitious, seeking to dislodge Arab inhabitants from their traditional homes in villages like Silwan in order to transform Jerusalem into an exclusively Jewish city that can never be divided or shared with the Palestinians. Rabbi Haim Beliak, a pre-eminent Jewish activist and opponent of Moskowitz, goes so far as to call this ethnic cleansingof the indigenous population. Moskowitz’s goal is to impose, through demography and population transfer, a political agenda on the state.

Yup, tax free ethnic cleansing.  But it gets worse, with Zionism it always does.

Silwan.  Hmmmm, when I saw that I thought of two previous posts about Beit Yehonatan which just happens to be located in Silwan. Beit Yehonaton is a building named after Jonathan Pollard. So is Moskowitz a supporter of Ateret Cohanim and thus behind Beit Yehonatan too?

Silverstein:

One of Moskowitz’s favourite charities, to which he has given at least $5m, is American Friends of Ateret Cohanim, which runs a prominent East Jerusalem yeshiva. More importantly, its mission calls for rebuilding the Holy Temple and re-instituting animal sacrifices from the time of King David. The yeshiva trains those who would become priests if such a temple were ever built. If any of this came to fruition, it would likely ignite a holy war between Jews and Muslims.”

That Yeshiva is known as Yeshivat Beit Orot and also bears the wonderful title of The Irving Moscowitz Yeshiva and Campus.

From the Beit Orot website:

In December 2005, great Jewish philanthropists and pioneers of Jewish reclamation in eastern Jerusalem, Dr. Irving & Mrs. Cherna Moskowitz presented a most substantial and significant contribution to Beit Orot – the property on which the hesder yeshiva sits on the Mount of Olives in Yerushalayim. In recognition of his leadership in reclaiming and building Yerushalayim, the Beit Orot hesder yeshiva is now named the Irving Moskowitz Yeshiva & Campus.

Beit Orot is a beneficialry of The Irving Moskowitz Foundation.

So, what we have here is a doctor/hospital flipper/gambling profiteer/tax sheltering Zionist wacko financing illegal and racist settlement activity for religious crazies who want to bring back animal sacrifices from 3000 years ago to be performed in a temple which will replace Muslim structures such as the al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock and ignite G-d knows what kind of civil war.  In doing so he also openly supporting traitors like Jonathan Pollard.

Kink of makes you want to go burn a Qur’an doesn’t it?

Read this interesting tidbit from a group that seems to really hate his guts:

In 1988, Irving Moskowitz, a retired MD and local hospital owner, bought the non-profit Hawaiian Gardens Bingo Club, on Carson Street, the city’s main thoroughfare. The City Council gave his family-controlled Irving I. Moskowitz Foundation a monopoly on charitable bingo, which persists to this day, even though Moskowitz never lived up to his promise to donate most of the proceeds locally. He simply recalled or ran candidates against City Council members who challenged his monopoly and continued to run the taxpayer-subsidized bingo as a private piggy bank.

And what did he do with the money he made? (Shas Party members get two guesses.)

Over the years Irving Moskowitz has spent millions of dollars – from the Hawaiian Gardens bingo parlor he operates and from his private wealth — to establish a Jewish settler presence in East Jerusalem’s predominantly Palestinian neighborhoods. Moskowitz supports these strategically placed projects to prevent specific land-for-peace agreements that would give Palestinians the dignity of a presence in Jerusalem.

And he has been doing all these things while screwing the working class folks living in Hawaiian Gardens.

And that brings us back to Beit Orot.  From Wiki.

On January 31, 2011, a cornerstone laying ceremony was held for four apartment buildings with a total of 24 homes that are the beginning of the new Jewish Israeli settlement of Beit Orot on the Mount of Olives Ridge. In attendance at the ceremony were Knesset members, Jerusalem city councilmen, former Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, and actor Jon Voight.[1]

The purchase of the land that was to become Beit Orot was arranged in 1990 by Hanan Porat, an Israeli politician, and financed by Dr. Irving Moskowitz, an American Jewish philanthropist, and his wife, Mrs. Cherna Moskowitz.[4]

2. The website Stopmoskowitz.org has saved an old video game that traced by to Moskowitz’s wife. If you click on the link you can read about it and also see how sick and disgusting the game was. The wording below is from the same page.

Prime Minister Barak’s office condemned the Moskowitz-sponsored game, saying “The right-wing site creates incitements of a most violent nature that are like those that have brought consequences that all of us remember,” a reference to the assassination of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin in 1995.

The assassination game was gone by the time the news report appeared. According to Yedioth Aharonot, the hosting company removed it after receiving complaints.

We saved a copy of the game to demonstrate to California’s decision makers that Cherna Moskowitz, an applicant along with her husband for a license to operate the Hawaiian Gardens casino, does not have the good character state law requires for a gambling license.

3. Okay folks, why don’t you sit back and watch Jon Voight speaking at the cornerstone ceremony for Beit Orot. Warning to those who are squeamish, you will need to get yourself a really good, and I mean really good, barf bag.

And to further your suffering, here is Mike Huckabee at the same event.

It’s nice to see that Beit Orot has some management difficulties. May they be magnified 100 fold.

The USS LIBERTY: 49 Years of Treason and Lies

Page_1

Republishing this one 3 years later.  Now it is 49 years of treason and lies, so I changed the headline.  The rest of the post from 2013 is below.

1. It’s hard to believe that it has been 46 years since I first heard the news that the USS LIBERTY had been attacked. 46 years. 46 years of treason and lies.

And look where we are now after all those years. A shell of a country. At least one in six Americans lives at or below the poverty line. But we have more wars than ever and no end in sight.

None.

The image of that piece of shit, John McCain, snuggling up to terrorists in Syria this past week says it all. He and the entire government care much more about terrorists in Syria than about you. Much more. But I digress.

This post is about the USS LIBERTY.

I have restored a number of my previous commemorative posts about the LIBERTY and you can find them on the left side of this page under “Recent Entries”. I also link to them hereherehere and here. Lots of  information in there if you are new to the issue.

I want to call your attention to a remarkable story I heard the other day narrated by Ray McGovern. You can hear McGovern tell that story by clicking here and going to the 16:28 mark of the interview Ray did with Scott Horton. A great USS LIBERTY story, wish I had been at the scene Ray describes when it happened. Ray also puts the LIBERTY massacre in proper context.

I also want to take a moment to talk about the Captain of the LIBERTY, William Loren McGonagle.

He was the son of a share cropper, a man who earned everything he got. A man who after performing acts of quiet heroism having watched many of his men blown to bits, others die slowly and horribly while help did not arrive, and almost all of the rest of his men wounded – including himself – after all this, he sat down in Malta and wrote to the families of each and every man onboard his ship who was murdered on June 8th, 1967 by Israel.  A leader who actually cared about his men. He stood out then, but after 46 years of treason and lies – and of useless, stupid and evil wars – he stands out even more.

McGonagle did not cozy up to terrorists, he fought them. And he won.

Of course, the US government then, as now, was ashamed of Captain McGonagle. Cowering before its master, the government didn’t want anything to do with a hero who guided his broken, battered and bloodied ship to safety using the North Star.

When he was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his heroism in the face of an implacable enemy the US government was afraid to have him come in the front door to accept the award. Instead he was smuggled in through the back door, as if his open presence would shame the sterling reputations of those who had actually contemplated letting his ship sink forever into the Mediterranean.

The back door of the White House? Nope. Normally the medal is presented at the White House, but this time it was presented in the dump known as the Naval Yard. Quite the insult.  Oh, and the President usually is the one who gives the award. Not this time. Linden Baines Johnson was too fucking busy – really he was just too fucking ashamed.

But this wasn’t to be the only time that the President of the United States would in-person snub the USS LIBERTY.  Turns out that George Herbert Walker Bush was too fucking busy too.

Yes, former CIA director, oil company executive, possible JFK conspirator and the architect of the slaughter of God only knows how many Iraqis somehow granted an audience to Captain McGonagle and some of the crew members.

Phil Tourney was there and recounts what happened after close to 50 members of the LIBERTY crew had waited at the White House for over two hours.

“Finally we saw the presidential limousine pull up to the White House. Bush had been at a parade of veterans returning from the First Gulf War which was why he had been late. As the limousine drove by, he waved at us through an open window.

“Our spirits were a mile high. We were on cloud nine and in seventh heaven. This was it, we were sure – or at least our stomachs were, because they were a flurry of butterflies.

“Shortly afterwards, the door from the White House leading out to the Rose-Garden opened and we waited with bated breath for the President to come walking out. Instead, it was Brent Scowcroft, his National Security Advisor and Chief of Staff, John Sununu. both of them were smiling like two cats who had just eat a bowl of mouse soup. . .

“Scowcroft and Sununu, like a duet doing a vaudeville number, informed us the President was “too busy” to meet with us. then, they started “making nice”, shaking our hands, apologizing for the fact that we had been left waiting for two hours – the exact amount of time we were left out there when we were attacked by Israel.

“The disappointment on McGonagle’s face was as unmistakable as if he had been kicked in groin. H was dying inside, we all knew it, although he tried his best to hide it from us. I was sure he would break down in tears, but he did not.”

George Herbert Walker Bush had no problem meeting with sports teams in the White House, but no time for a group of heroes led by a man who earned the Congressional Medal of Honor. It’s not honorable to meet a man who stood up to Israel. It’s a source of shame.

Captain McGonagle was able to hold back the tears on that day, over twenty years after the terrible events of June 8, 1967. Maybe James Scott, the son of one of those heroes, has told us why. Over twenty years earlier:

“Ignatious turned to McGonagle afterward. The secretary of the Navy, against a backdrop of whirring cameras, placed the Medal of Honor around the skipper’s neck. The five-pointed gold star, suspended from a blue ribbon, rested just beneath McGonagle’s chin. The son of a sharecropper-turned-janitor, the man who had guided his ship to safety by the North Star, lowered his head and wept.”

May God bless Captain McGonagle, his men, and all of those who will not forget what LIBERTY is all about.

2. Somehow this video seems appropriate right now.  Shas Party members would never understand.

3. And I want to give credit for the great pic at the top of the page to Skulz.

Nakba Nullification

Python

1. In todays’ online version of the Jerusalem Washington New York Times Post we are treated to the following by Ellen Nakashima and Ruth Eglash:

“BEERSHEBA, Israel — This city in the heart of the Negev desert was once a melting pot of Jewish immigration, teeming first with new arrivals from Arab lands, and then with Russian speakers. Today, it is fast becoming a high-tech hub. Soon, it will be populated by the military, drawing in career soldiers and their families.”

Apparently the town didn’t have a history before Jews. But what would you expect from Ruth Eglash who used to work for the Washington  Post’s in-effect parent organization, the Jerusalem Post? Her husband, Michael Eglash “has been deeply involved in efforts to promote Israel and Israeli government policy for years and this is now his main business.” His  firm has ties to all sorts of outfits that we’ve written about on this site, to include the Jewish National Fund and Birthright Israel. Ruth Eglash is a also a speaker for the JNF.

But it gets worse, with Zionism it always does. First take a good look at Ali Abunimah’s expose.

Then take a  look at this piece of pure Zionist bullshit in the so-called Washington Post.  She’s being nothing more than a mouth-piece for an Israeli government official who essentially maintains that it is anti-semitic to criticize the holy state. I love the title of the piece: Israeli minister: Criticizing Israel is the new anti-Semitism.

However, causing the shit below to happen is perfectly okay: (Note to Shas Party members, red highlights are by today’s guest editor Mustafa Badreddine, Haifa Wehbe.)

Another ominous-sounding name was given to the operation in the Beersheba-Hebron area: ‘Python’. Apart from the small town of Beersheba, which with its 5,000 inhabitants was occupied on 21 October, two large villages, Qubayba and Dawaymeh were taken. Habib Jarada who today lives in the city of Gaza, remembered the people of Beersheba being driven out at gunpoint to Hebron. His most vivid image is that of the town’s mayor beseeching the occupying officer not to deport the people. ‘We need land, not slaves, was the blunt answer.”

That’s from Ilan Pappe’s “The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine.”

I like this quote too about the Nakba as a whole.

“For the Palestinians it is remembered as Yawm an-Nakba, meaning “Day of the Catastrophe” or just Nakba Day. During the 1948 Palestine War, an estimated 700,000 Palestinians fled or were Expelled, and Hundreds of Palestinian towns and villages were depopulated and destroyed. These refugees and their descendants number several million people today, divided between Jordan (2 million), Lebanon (427,057), Syria (477,700), the West Bank (788,108) and the Gaza Strip (1.1 million), with at least another quarter of a million internally displaced Palestinians in Israel and many more around the world. Later, a series of laws passed by the first Israeli government prevented them from returning to their homes, or claiming their property. They, along withmany of their descendants remain refugees. The expulsion of the Palestinians has since been described by some historians as ethnic cleansing.”

What Eglash is reporting today on the anniversary of the Nakba is nothing more than the latest phase of the Nakba’s hit on that ethnically-cleansed town.

2. Hubby’s company sure does look interesting.  From the Upstart Activist homepage:

Jerusalem. Our home. | Israel. Our focus. | Impact. Our goal.

Upstart Activist educates about Israel. We develop and deliver unique media-rich presentations, effective leadership training seminars and creative educational resources that draw upon deep knowledge of Israel and decades of proven activist experience in N. America.

But the site looks old,  out of date.  Kind of odd looking. Ah, but that is because the name got changed to Upstart Ideas.  That site is even weirder. Like it is trying to hide something.

3. Ever since 1948 the Nakba is dismissed, and must be dismissed, from the consciousness of the Zionist subject, because its existence challenges the basis on which it was built – a people without land for a land without people. Recognition of the Palestinian Nakba signifies the destruction of the ground underneath the feet of this subject which understands itself as autonomous, or as a closed unit [MONADA]. Therefore, any such recognition, or even the attempt to look at this tragedy as something that happened to somebody else here, is outrageous and almost incomprehensible. It is possible to recognize that some  massacres happened here and there, as a result of local battles and fighting; it is possible to recognize that all Arab armies tried to destroy us, the subject that wished to form itself. It is impossible, however, to look at the Nakba as a catastrophe committed by this subject in order to form itself, or as a necessary process for the Zionist subject.”

4. Video time.

For reasons I can’t quite grasp at the moment, Birdy’s rendition of this song is something I keep coming back to.  Beautifully done, very sad.  Sometimes I look at it as a metaphor for all of us.

“. . . that little red circle.”

A slighted edited version of the pic.

A slighted edited version of the pic.

1. As part of the deal, the State Department will have to produce 40 new reports a year on issues as diverse as Hong Kong autonomy, religious freedom and anti-Semitism. Government officials in Venezuela will face three more years of sanctions.

Doesn’t take a genius to see what’s wrong here.

2. Jonathan Cook is always worth reading.  This one quote says an awful lot. Note to Shas Party members, red highlighting is done by today’s guest editor, Haifa Wehbe. (Thank goodness she’s back.)

In the current climate, Mr Herzog and his opposition party Zionist Union have found themselves highly uncomfortable at having in their midst a single non-Jewish legislator.

Cook also correctly notes the following:

It is no longer just the state’s Jewishness that is sacrosanct. The occupation is too.

3. And the above being the case, it is only natural to see the exact same sentiment in the race to become the Israeli Vice President for American Affairs (IVPFAA).  We here at Mantiq al-Tayr knew we could count on Ted Cruz and as usual he came through with lying colors.

The government of Israel reiterated the reality that the Golan Heights are part of Israel’s sovereign territory,” Cruz said in a statement, adding, “Given the presence of hostile terrorist organizations ranging from ISIS to Hezbollah on Israel’s northern border, it is foolhardy and dangerous for elements in the international community to try to pressure Israel to abandon the Golan to the chaos engulfing Syria.

You have got to love the logic.  The US and it’s allies sponsor international terrorism against the government of Syria leading to the destruction of much of the country and so therefore the US must support Israel’s occupation of a real nice piece of real estate in Syria because of the “threat” these US-supported terrorists pose to a racist state which also supports the terrorists. Americans have exactly the kind of government they deserve.

4. Did I mention Israeli support of terrorists

The vehicle was carrying Israeli-made mines with Hebrew writing on them, as well as mortars, RPG rockets and hand grenades. It was not immediately clear how the Israeli weapons got into the hands of those arming ISIS.

5. Apparently absolutely anyone can work for the Washington Post (a subset of the Jerusalem Washington New York Times Post which is based in the former capital of the United States) it seems.  How is this for a headline?

“If Abadi fails to survive chaos, U.S. must decide what’s next.”

The entire premise of that headline is the real problem  (the article itself sucks, but is at the same time quite revealing).  The U.S. has destroyed Iraq as a country, it may well never recover.  This has been the goal since day one.  The “chaos” – and there seems to be a hell of a lot of it – is the end game. If you understand that, then it is pretty easy to understand what’s been going on and to see who the real culprits are.

6. And you can meet a bunch of them here on May 22nd.

A slighted edited version of the pic.

A slighted edited version of the pic.

There ought to be a huge protest at this event which will feature a host of the usual suspects.  Among these suspects are Dennis Ross and Rep. Ed Royce (Yisrael Beiteinu, CA).  The conference has quite a lovely program too.  One great item is at 1o:20.  It is a panel discussion lead by Caroline Glick entitled “The future of the Jewish people and the war against BDS.”

That panel discussion comes right on the heels of an untitled address by Dennis Ross, who is now back at JPPI. Nice work if you can get it.  We featured Ross and JPPI a long time ago.

And then you can get “Comic Relief” from Dr. Ruth.  How cool is that?

Later in the day you can attend a panel discussion entitled “Does the world have an answer to Jewish Islamic terror?” (Could l you imagine if CAIR did something like this?)

Rep. Royce speaks at 4:40 and for just 20 minutes.  Maybe  you folks in California might want to ask him what he is going to say and why?

7. Okay it is video time. Boy, did the tuyuur here at Mantiq al-Tayr find some goodies for you, but I digress.

First off, here is former Hagannah member Dr. Ruth talking about Israel. She even shows a picture of  herself from those days with a bunch of guns behind her and she says in the video “Whoever is not going to give us support, watch out for me. I can still put five bullets into that little red circle.” Imagine if a Muslim did this today.  Imagine.

In case you can’t make it to the conference, you can just watch this. It’s good old Ed in love with Israel. He is actually more disgusting than Ruth.  Keep your barf bag handy.

You’re welcome.

Both Sides Now

1. I used to tell my friend Mike Piper that if he wanted to meet a nice Jewish girl he should join a pro-Palestinian organization. I mean it’s not like the FBI probably didn’t have a huge file on him already, so go ahead.

Donald Trump’s traveling Hitler impressionist show is a great illustration of what I mean. As this article shows, his extreme bigotry is so remarkably close to that of the insane Frank Gaffney that it is highly unlikely to be a coincidence.  And of course tomorrow a bunch of the Republican candidates are going to speak at a Gaffney sponsored event.  However at the latest conference hosted here by the tuyuur at Mantiq al-Tayr, a number of wise birds pointed out that we should not just pick on the collection of racist U.S.-worker-hating millionaires and billionaires (the “haves and the have mores” as Bush II used to say) because that would be so unfair to that motley crew.

For example, let’s take a look at who has been attacking Trump for his pandering to red-neck white Americans whose minds have been poisoned by the Zionist Bullshit being emitted 24/7 by Fox News.  Yes, let’s look at a long time favorite topic of this blog, the National Jewish Democratic Council. Here is what they have to say about Trump’s bigotry.  (Note to Shas Party members: Red highlighting is by today’s guest editor Hasan Nasrallah.)

As a religious minority that has been persecuted throughout our history, including in the United States, Jewish Americans know just how dangerous religious discrimination can be. It is long past time for leading Republicans, especially Jewish Republicans, to strongly speak out against the bigotry coming from its leading candidate. No single religion is our enemy — terrorists and all those who seek to destroy us are our enemies. The fact that Trump clearly does not understand that shows how profoundly unqualified he is to be the president of the United States. This has got to stop.

Now I can hear you all saying “Mantiq (which you will mispronounce as Manteeeeeeeeeeq) that sounds like a pretty good quote.  They are coming down hard on white-trash Trump. What are you bitching about?”

Hasan has asked me to mention the part he highlighted in red.  Even a Shas Party member can see that the NJDC has embraced the basic narrative of the “War on Terror” (WOT The Fuck) which can only continue if stupid Fox-fed Americans are continually fed a diet of pure unadulterated organically grown Zionist Bullshit. The WOTTF is the Big Mac of Zionist Bullshit (BMZB).

But it gets worse, with Zionism it always does.

If you go to the left-leaning NJDC website (warning, have that barf bag ready) the first thing you will see is this:

NJDC.png

What’s wrong with this picture? Shas Party Members and Americans who watch television get two guesses.

But it gets worse, with Zionism – oops I already said that.

This is the NJDC’s mission:

NJDC maximizes Jewish support for Democrats at the federal and state levels of government.

NJDC also educates Democratic elected officials and candidates to increase support for Jewish domestic and foreign policy priorities.

We do this to promote both social justice in America and a secure, democratic Jewish State of Israel.

Social justice in America is incompatible with supporting the “Jewish State of Israel.”  Zionists know this and that’s the major reason we have the war on terror.

But it gets worse . . .

NJDC is truly on the offensive; we’re taking the initiative to educate the American Jewish community about important pro-Israel and pro-peace steps taken by this Administration and by our House and Senate Democratic leaders.

They certainly do have a sense of humor don’t they?

2. If you go to AIPAC’s website you will see that their lead-off visual is this.

AIPAC.png

I’m sure it is just a coincidence.

3. Every Christmas season I post to a link to the wonderful video below called Change for a Dollar. It’s a nice video to sit down and watch as a family. 10 minutes of great music and acting with a message that even Shas Party member can understand.  It’s why I blog.

Also, each Christmas I post a story about the Christmas-time folk song known as The Cherry Tree Carol.  Here is a link to one of those posts from 2011. As I reread it this morning, item 4 in that post was a bit chilling. Here is the link to that post.

I know most of you won’t listen – we are all too busy doing . . . whatever. But here’s Joni Mitchell singing Both Sides Now when Mama Cass was still alive.

And here she is singing that same song. But from another side.

Jonathan Pollard: Investment Banker

Pollard looking on

1.Poor Jonathan Pollard.  After 30 years in prison he has finally been released and no doubt he will soon be in Israel where all sorts of goodies await him.

Sheldon Adelson’s newspaper reports that the stipulations for Pollard’s release are not kosher in any way, shape or form. For example he has to wear a GPS tracking device and any computer network he is associated with must agree to be the subject of US government surveillance – a pretty cool idea and you’ll see why if you continue reading.

But I want to digress for a moment.

Burt Prelutsky has just put out an article calling for all of Mecca to be bombed into oblivion. This article is a beautiful example of the coming together of Zionist lies and insane right-wing American politics.  A coincidence of interests which is very much supported by lying and very very very rich Zionists.  And Prelutsky, who loves to write about what it’s like to be a Jew and a conservative, engages here in his own form of taqiyya by pretending that he thinks Christianity is so wonderful.

“Unlike Christianity which says that we should treat others as we would wish to be treated, to love our neighbors as ourselves and to be our brother’s keeper, Islam’s message is a threat: Convert or perish.”

And of course, “convert or perish” is a perfectly-placed falsehood. His goal is to continue to instill hatred for Islam and Muslims among the general population of this country so they will continue to support American involvement in doing Israel’s dirty work. But back to our friend Jonathan.

The Adelson rag has a nice quote about how tough it will be for Jonathan to live while under constant threat of being killed by a drone – sorry, while being carefully watched by the US government that he betrayed.

“Lawyers have noted that these conditions make Pollard virtually unemployable, and he can hardly speak to anyone for fear of being quoted by the press.”

Oops.  But Haaretz reports that he already has a job.  Yup, he has a job with an investment firm in New York.  The firm is not named, but I’m sure the firm is owned by a bunch of Salafis with beards down to their knees.

Here’s a nice quote from the Haaretz piece. Shas Party members please be aware that the red highlighting is done by today’s guest editor, Michael Collins Piper, who I’m channelling through via a new iPhone app the tuyuur here at Mantiq al-Tayr created.

“There is no basis whatsoever to treat Mr. Pollard in that manner, and doing so is vindictive and cruel, as well as unlawful,” lawyers Eliot Lauer and Jacques Semmelman said.

Pollard has said he wants to immigrate to Israel where his second wife, Esther, lives, and where he can expect to receive substantial Israeli government back-pay. He was granted Israeli citizenship while in prison.

Isn’t it kind of cool that this unnamed investment firm, probably has a name like “Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and Sons,” will now be subject to government monitoring of its computer systems?  Imagine what they might find.  Maybe they’ll find something like another record breaking hack into financial records as happened here.  Yup, hundreds of millions in profit.

So my prediction is that the restrictions will be lifted, because if that firm gets monitored lots of people could probably go to jail. But no doubt that firm and its lawyers have access to tons of stuff that’s used to blackmail government officials and representatives.  It will be fun to watch this.

2. ISIS is a bit of an enigma, isn’t it?  Amidst all the talk about how it is a self sustaining entity, that its funds come from within and not from without, talk which  I  have long believed is pretty much bullshit, I have wondered why this myth would be perpetuated by the mass media and the government.  My own rule of beak here at Mantiq al-Tayr is that if the main stream media and the government are constantly pushing the same thing then it is probably bullshit and at least some of it will have that nice Zionist spicy taste added to it.

One thing that I can’t help but harp on in this regard is that ISIS never attacks Israel and the fact that ISIS leadership states that its number one enemy is the Shi’a.  Hmm. I guess that is two things. In light of the Zio-Saudi alliance against Iran, that makes a lot of sense.

Here’s an article that helps make may case for me, sparing me lots of work. Give it a read and think about it.

3. I’m just getting back into blogging and I’m going to ease into it. Therefore,  many posts will be shorter in the early stages. After a while I’ll get into more detail.

4. It’s video time.

I’ve always loved Steve Martin. Here he plays an evocative tune he wrote entitled “The Great Remember” and he says it is for a friend of his named Nancy. Here is a review of the album which mentions the song and why he did not give “The Great Remember”  lyrics.  All of the tuyuur here at Mantiq al-Tayr are glad he made that choice. It makes the music more powerful.  Nancy is Nancy Short, the late wife of Martin Short.  While I prefer the version that is on the album called “Rare Bird Alert” (you knew there was an aviary theme in here somewhere), the solo version Steve does is more than sufficient.

So this is for a little angel I know. Go to the 42 second mark to hear Steve Martin start playing.  For me, this song is always just a mind’s eye – and ear – away.

Kicking Zionist Ass: The Movie

Instead of seeing the talentless Seth Rogen this Christmas, go to your local theaters and demand that they play this movie.  It’s way  better.  Really.
