BDS: “Another Branch of Terrorism”

depressing

1. Well you can’t. make this shit up.

“”We’re very proud to invite U.N. peacekeeping forces to Israel, where they can learn from the world’s top professionals on the unique methods Israel uses to deal with cases involving emergency medicine on the ground,” Israeli envoy to the U.N. says.”

Maybe the Israelis will teach them how to do this:

Pretty inspiring.

2.  In the “This is getting old” department, Israeli Justice Minister – ooops, hold on for a second while I laugh my ass off.  . . . .

Thank you.  Anyway, Israeli Justice Minister – oh fuck I can’t stop giggling.

Let me try again.  Israeli Justice Minister, Ayelet Shaked, is freaking out (again) about BDS claiming that BDS is “deeply rooted in the classical anti-Semitism that has spread throughout Europe over the past few hundred years.”   Yup, good old anti-semitism. It has a lot of uses.  You can probably buy bottles of it at Amazon.com and spray it on anyone you don’t like.

What bullshit. Of course this is the same sort of Zionist bullshit that is turning the Center for American Progress into the Center for Zionist Progress, something we’ll get to in a minute.

She tells us that the true goal of BDS is “”wiping the Jewish nation off the face of the Earth.”

In the second article linked to above she says that BDS is “terrorism.”

““The BDS is illegitimate. I define it thus: BDS is another branch of terrorism in the modern age.”

Here is Israel’s Justice Minister advocating gross violation of international law by devising a way to declare Israel’s illegal West Bank settlements to be legal.

http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4682628,00.html

Note also the racist name of her party:  “Jewish Home.”  If Trump were to come up with his own party and call it “White Home” what the hell do you think would happen.

Here you can read her call for genocide against the Palestinians.  She published it on her FB page in Hebrew. (And deleted it.)  The document she posted was authored by a leader of the settler movement, Uri Elitzer.

This is why BDS is important.

3. And now we come to Hillary whose advisors include John Podesta, the founder of the Center for American Progress, and Neera Tanden, the current president of CAP.  Neera does not seem to be all that impressed with Israel, which is interesting.  In fact, let me digress on this just a bit.

Back in March of 2015 Tanden told Podesta that she found Israel to be “depressing.”  And of course Trump made the most of this on Twitter.

But this did not stop her from inviting Benjamin Netanyahu to a love fest at CAP that took place on November 10th 2015.  It was a love fest that created even more strife within CAP’s staff, already shaken by the loss of good people due to pressure from Israel supporters.  Her “conversation” with Netanyahu is described below by James North and Phil Weiss.

Note to Shas Party members, red highlighting is done by today’s guest editor, Ayelet Shaked. Okay, I’m kidding, today’s guest editor is Dawud al-Qursaan.

“Yesterday was a display of the Israel lobby’s strength in the Democratic Party. Netanyahu’s audience was obtained by the American Israel Political Affairs Committee — AIPAC — and the room was rigged, the questions were rigged, every moment from start to finish was scripted to make Netanyahu seem acceptable in Democratic circles. The crowd in the room looked like it was drugged. There was no animation, little audible response, no effervescence. The room was stocked with pro-Israel Jews. The only questions from the audience were from stalwarts of the Israel lobby: Morton Halperin of J Street, David Makovsky of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, and Greg Rosenbaum of the National Jewish Democratic Council. The arrangement of these three questions, two of them putatively adversarial (a Jewish publication quotes J Street saying it was the first time that J Street had ever had a direct encounter with the PM), was straight out of the history of the Soviet Union.”

Now why did this happen?  According to one of her emails to Podesta – the following day – she noted that now CAP could not be accused of anti-Semitism anymore.  That was the big win – another was soon to come, inshallah there will be a new donor. She had to add however that as a result of this utter fiasco – which she laments even having had to do – the “staff is riven.”

Mondowess reports that in a later email it turns out that the donor is a really rich Jewish Zionist named Jonathan Lavine. Maybe we can call it “Netanyahu Money.”

Phil Weiss, who has covered a lot of CAP ground notes the following in that same excellent article:

“As to CAP’s fears re a reputation for anti-Semitism, that is because a bunch of neoconservative Israel lobbyists bird-dogged it in 2011-2012 for staffers who were writing posts critical of Israel and the Israel lobby on Think Progress. All those staffers were in essence purged/walked out the front door in the end.

But the think tank is riven. And our site played a role, because we ran a leaked email about staff dissension over Netanyahu, back when.”

Yup. They seemed to be pretty pissed.  Among the pissed off appear to be Faiz Shakir and Zaid Jilani, formerly with Think Progress.

(Weiss’ article is well-worth reading in full.  Especially the final paragraphs where he makes an argument that rich Jewish Zionist donors to the Dems are so virulent on Israel that they are causing a rift between staunch Israel types and the generally liberal Democratic rank and file, including many Jews. Read it.  But I digress.)

4. In fact, Tanden seems to think that Faiz hates her: She notes in the same email to Podesta:

“On another issue: your friend Faiz has been a great help to CAP over the last few weeks.  I get hating me, but he caused a lot of pain to a lot of people because he hates me.”

Now in this email exchange she writes:

“Faiz’s bloggers are a fucking gift that keep on giving.”

Said blogger in this case is Zaid Jilani. She is complaining about an article that shows that Hillary advisor, Anne O’Leary, used to have a progressive stance on issues such as paid family leave and universal health care but now she and the Clinton campaign oppose these things.  This looks like a typical example of the rift that Weiss discussed. May it grow.

5. Well it is video time.

Now you have just got to watch this brilliant 72-second video (I can hear Shas party members heaving sighs of relief) which is simply excerpts from Tanden’s disgraceful appearance with Netanyahu at CAP.  The readers’ comments are worth skimming as well.  This is so much better than a cat video. So much.

Here is Zaid Jilani.  It is an excerpt from a longer interview.

“. . . that little red circle.”

A slighted edited version of the pic.

A slighted edited version of the pic.

1. As part of the deal, the State Department will have to produce 40 new reports a year on issues as diverse as Hong Kong autonomy, religious freedom and anti-Semitism. Government officials in Venezuela will face three more years of sanctions.

Doesn’t take a genius to see what’s wrong here.

2. Jonathan Cook is always worth reading.  This one quote says an awful lot. Note to Shas Party members, red highlighting is done by today’s guest editor, Haifa Wehbe. (Thank goodness she’s back.)

In the current climate, Mr Herzog and his opposition party Zionist Union have found themselves highly uncomfortable at having in their midst a single non-Jewish legislator.

Cook also correctly notes the following:

It is no longer just the state’s Jewishness that is sacrosanct. The occupation is too.

3. And the above being the case, it is only natural to see the exact same sentiment in the race to become the Israeli Vice President for American Affairs (IVPFAA).  We here at Mantiq al-Tayr knew we could count on Ted Cruz and as usual he came through with lying colors.

The government of Israel reiterated the reality that the Golan Heights are part of Israel’s sovereign territory,” Cruz said in a statement, adding, “Given the presence of hostile terrorist organizations ranging from ISIS to Hezbollah on Israel’s northern border, it is foolhardy and dangerous for elements in the international community to try to pressure Israel to abandon the Golan to the chaos engulfing Syria.

You have got to love the logic.  The US and it’s allies sponsor international terrorism against the government of Syria leading to the destruction of much of the country and so therefore the US must support Israel’s occupation of a real nice piece of real estate in Syria because of the “threat” these US-supported terrorists pose to a racist state which also supports the terrorists. Americans have exactly the kind of government they deserve.

4. Did I mention Israeli support of terrorists

The vehicle was carrying Israeli-made mines with Hebrew writing on them, as well as mortars, RPG rockets and hand grenades. It was not immediately clear how the Israeli weapons got into the hands of those arming ISIS.

5. Apparently absolutely anyone can work for the Washington Post (a subset of the Jerusalem Washington New York Times Post which is based in the former capital of the United States) it seems.  How is this for a headline?

“If Abadi fails to survive chaos, U.S. must decide what’s next.”

The entire premise of that headline is the real problem  (the article itself sucks, but is at the same time quite revealing).  The U.S. has destroyed Iraq as a country, it may well never recover.  This has been the goal since day one.  The “chaos” – and there seems to be a hell of a lot of it – is the end game. If you understand that, then it is pretty easy to understand what’s been going on and to see who the real culprits are.

6. And you can meet a bunch of them here on May 22nd.

A slighted edited version of the pic.

A slighted edited version of the pic.

There ought to be a huge protest at this event which will feature a host of the usual suspects.  Among these suspects are Dennis Ross and Rep. Ed Royce (Yisrael Beiteinu, CA).  The conference has quite a lovely program too.  One great item is at 1o:20.  It is a panel discussion lead by Caroline Glick entitled “The future of the Jewish people and the war against BDS.”

That panel discussion comes right on the heels of an untitled address by Dennis Ross, who is now back at JPPI. Nice work if you can get it.  We featured Ross and JPPI a long time ago.

And then you can get “Comic Relief” from Dr. Ruth.  How cool is that?

Later in the day you can attend a panel discussion entitled “Does the world have an answer to Jewish Islamic terror?” (Could l you imagine if CAIR did something like this?)

Rep. Royce speaks at 4:40 and for just 20 minutes.  Maybe  you folks in California might want to ask him what he is going to say and why?

7. Okay it is video time. Boy, did the tuyuur here at Mantiq al-Tayr find some goodies for you, but I digress.

First off, here is former Hagannah member Dr. Ruth talking about Israel. She even shows a picture of  herself from those days with a bunch of guns behind her and she says in the video “Whoever is not going to give us support, watch out for me. I can still put five bullets into that little red circle.” Imagine if a Muslim did this today.  Imagine.

In case you can’t make it to the conference, you can just watch this. It’s good old Ed in love with Israel. He is actually more disgusting than Ruth.  Keep your barf bag handy.

You’re welcome.

“Let Them Leave!”

1. If an American Muslim organization actively recruited young American Muslims to join the military of foreign powers – legitimate countries such as Pakistan and Iran for example – that organization and its recruits would probably never see the light of day again.

But Zionist Jewish organizations not only do not have this problem, their evil machinations with respect to radicalizing young Jews and then encouraging them to join the IDF are actually fiscally encouraged through US government tax breaks and are enthusiastically supported by the actions and words of US government officials in both the executive and legislative branches. Any reader of this website knows this and now, and  only now, are others starting to point out the radicalization process regarding Jews in the United States.

Earlier this month, Nefesh B’Nefesh, an outfit I’ve written about for years, was yet again bragging about the success of its recruitment of turncoats who will be working for the terrorist IDF in the immediate future.

The article opens with this: (Note to Shas Party members, all red highlighting in this post is by today’s very special guest editor, Haifa Wehbe).

A flight of 338 new immigrants from north American arrived in Israel Tuesday morning, including over 100 young men and women who will head almost immediately into army service.

AND:

The flight was one of several flown by Nefesh B’Nefesh each year bringing several thousand immigrants to Israel, including hundreds of people in the Garin Tzabar program, which places them in army units.

The video above shows pictures of the turncoats on the plane. Mercifully, this video seems to have no sound track.

2,  How’s this for absolute total complete 1000% unadulterated Zionist Bullshit?

Delegitimizing Israel has become more fashionable and more widespread during this war – and that’s worrisome. It has also become clearer (at least to Israelis) that delegitimizing Israel’s actions of self-defense is dangerously close to antisemitism.

3. Back to item 1.   How’s this for a quote? (Did I mention that red highlighting is by today’s very special guest editor, Haifa Wehbe?)

The event that attracted about 850 people reinforced how Steinberg — who died July 20 at the age of 24 while fighting in Israel’s war with Gaza — has become an icon for a Diaspora Jewish community that often struggles with finding ways to express its love for Israel.

Struggles?  What the fuck are you talking about?  There’s a ton of “charities” supporting all kinds of horrid things that Israel does and LA is one of the mainstays of these places.  Hell, the event in question – a gathering of Israel firsters – was held at the Saban theatre for God’s sake.  What is the Saban theatre?

In March 2009, owners announced that the Wilshire would be renamed the Saban Theatre in recognition of a $5 million grant from Haim and Cheryl Saban. The funds will be used to further restoration efforts on the orchestra, proscenium and marquee.[7] It also houses programs by the Temple of the Arts, an effort to integrate the arts and Judaism.

And if you don’t know who Haim Saban is, well, then you really need an education.

Oh, and this fifth-column gathering had, as a very special treat:

The Saban stage’s decorations included Israeli and American flags and a large green tree, the symbol of the Golani Brigade. A video screen hung from the ceiling, allowing Saban himself to deliver a video message from Israel.

4. So this arrogant Zionist is moving close to Gaza – and admits it is at least in part due to financial considerations – and he writes about what a great decision this is.  He closes with this:

Nothing stopped our grandparents or parents from living in the periphery and raising children there. Let Hamas be afraid. We should be the ones to leave? Let them leave!

And Israelis wonder why people all over the world are really starting to hate them?

5. “AJIRI has developed a strategy to persuade this “silent majority” to shift their votes at the UN. With information provided by AJIRI, a bipartisan group of more than 40 Members of the U.S. Congress is actively reaching out to heads of government of friendly nations, urging them to support UN reforms which will shut down destructive anti-Israel activities, which are contrary to the principles of the UN Charter.”

So I was just surfing the Internet and came across yet another Zionist and Congress-infiltrating 501(c)(3) organization called AJIRI (The American-Jewish International Relations Institute) from whose “About” page the quote above is taken. Odly, AJIRI doesn’t list the names of the 40 congressmen who are doing AJIRI’s work.  Hmmm. Wouldn’t you want to know if your congress thingy is involved in this project that is subsidized by the Feds?

You can find their board of directors here.

But the fab 40 just don’t seem to get the name recognition they deserve here.

AJIRI seems to be real keen on the concept of “Israel Under Siege” and you can watch their Zionist Bullshit videos on the topic here. (Along with other stand up comedy routines).

6. Back when J-Street first began I wrote that it was nothing more than  yet another Zionist front.

Here they go again:

http://jstreet.org/blog/post/j-street-strongly-urges-cosponsorship-and-passage-of-usisrael-strategic-partnership-act-of-2014_1

The US-Israeli Strategic Partnership Act of 2014 was sponsored by Boxer and Blunt and has passed the whore House.  Next it comes up in the Senate.

7. Okay it’s video time.  Here’s Blunt (Likud, Missouri) sucking up to Israel.  You’d think he have better things to do. But instead he’s really concerned about automatically giving Israelis visas to come here and spy on us.

And for you long suffering fans of Haifa Wehbe, here’s your treat for having had tho read all the Zionist-Bullshit-related items above.

No Justice, No Justice

1. Okay, so I am minding my business yesterday and catching up on the Angry Arab’s blog (blog motto:  “I read Anne Barnard and Liz Sly so you don’t have to.”) and I come across this gem of a quote the Angry one has taken from Barnhard’s latest folly.

Here’s the quote:

“In a poll taken by a Facebook group for civilian opposition activists called Tahrir Souri, or Syrian Editors, more than half agreed with this description of Geneva 2: “It’s better than expected, and maybe we will get something out of it.”

Why is it that people like Barnyard and William Booth try to fake their credentials by using Arabic that they don’t know? (And no I’m not going to tell you what it means. Try this. Barnhand and Boof could sure benefit from that link.)

2. Speaking of Booth, he continues his masquerading as a journalist today in the Washington New York Times Post.

The article is revealing when it comes to how down right scared the Israelis are of BDS.  Good.

Booth mentions the Sodastream issue in the article.  Here’s all that he says about it.

“Talk of an Israeli boycott is in the mainstream because actress Scarlett Johansson resigned her post as global ambassador for the anti-poverty group Oxfam last week in order to appear in a Super Bowl commercial Sunday night for the Israeli company SodaStream, which has a factory in the Israeli-occupied West Bank.”

Uh, excuse me.  Can we be just a bit more precise here?  How about these excerpts from Soda$tream’s wiki page: Note to Shas Party members, red highlighting is done by today’s guest editor, Noor al-Haqiqah.

(See, it isn’t always Haifa Wehbe.)

Sodastream is currently headquartered in Israel[7] and has 13 production plants; its principal manufacturing facility is located in the West Bank settlement of Ma’ale Adumim.[8][9][10]

SodaStream has 13 production facilities worldwide. Two are in Israel, while one is in the West Bank, and employs 1,100 people as of 2012. Sodastream’s principal manufacturing facility in Mishor Adumim, the industrial area of the West Bank settlement of Ma’ale Adumim, employs 900 Palestinians. An additional plant began operating in 2011 in the Alon Tavor industrial zone near the Israeli city of Afula. A third plant, which began operating in 2011 in Ashqelon, produces Sodastream syrups and flavours. The cornerstone for a fourth plant was laid at the Idan HaNegev Industrial Park north of Beersheba in 2011.[8][91][92] In 2012, Sodastream said that it will invest NIS 130 million in the construction of the plant, which it said would provide employment for around 1,000 workers, many of them Negev Bedouins.[93]”

So let’s be clear. The fucking company is headquartered in Israel.  It has two plants in the part of Palestine that was occupied in 1948 and is building a third one there.  It also has a plant in an insane settlement built in the part of Palestine that Israel occupied in 1967 and that plant is “its principal manufacturing facility”. The boycott is up in arms about the plant in the West Bank and for good reason, but the fact is SodaStream should be boycotted because all Israeli products need to be boycotted. All of them.  And Soda$tream should be pretty easy to do since there are comparable products and who needs that shit anyway?

3. And note that the Christian Zioinist Monitor also seems to be against BDS.  It has its sarcastic article on the story here:

http://www.csmonitor.com/World/2014/0130/10-brands-you-ll-have-to-give-up-if-you-re-boycotting-Israel/Pampers

And you’ll note that the each of the “10” things you have to do without is on a separate page in order to make it hard for the CZM’s readers to actually read the thing.

My favorite is item number 5 because it is a big fucking lie.

http://www.csmonitor.com/World/2014/0130/10-brands-you-ll-have-to-give-up-if-you-re-boycotting-Israel/Hummus

It claims you have to give up hummus.  Like hummus is Israeli.  Of course Israelis love to claim that hummus is Israeli and the CZM is just supporting that claim.  Make your own fucking hummus.

I feel better now.  But I digress.

4.  Oh, and here are links to two older articles I wrote on hummus and boycotting Israel.  The first one has a picture at the very end.  Click on it and you’ll get a very nice hummus recipe.  I use it all the time.

5. And now it’s video time. Yes, I know, I started this post off with a video. It’s also at the bottom of this list. I kind of like it.

Nothing like the sound of music.

Here’s a shorter version of the message so that Shas Party members can follow along.

You know, these videos can sort of restore your faith in American young people.

I like this video too.

And for Shas Party members’ kids, here’s a cute video too.
